Who can Attend Youth Summit?

YOUTH SUMMIT IS FOR STUDENTS 7TH – 12TH GRADE.

NOTE: THIS CAMP IS FOR INCOMING 7TH GRADERS AND GRADUATING SENIORS.

How long is Youth Summit?

YOUTH SUMMIT IS 4 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS ON JUNE 5TH-8TH

What time is check in and check out?

CHECK-IN BEGINS ON WEDENSDAY, JUNE 5TH AT 9AM AT VIBRANT CHURCH. PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK IN WITH THEIR STUDENT TO ENSURE THAT ALL NECESSARY WAIVERS ARE COMPLETED.

CHECKOUT WILL BE ON SATURDAY, JUNE 8TH AT 11AM AT VIBRANT CHURCH.

What is the cost of Youth Summit?
  • THE TOTAL COST IS $250. THIS INCLUDES LODGING, MEALS, ACTIVITIES, AND AFTER PARTIES FOR ENTIRE SUMMIT.

EVERYTHING IS COVERED IN YOUR SUMMIT COST THAT IS ESSENTIAL.

My student has special needs, can they still register?

WE WOULD LOVE FOR YOUR STUDENT TO ATTEND SUMMIT. TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@VIBRANTCHURCH.COM TO TALK THROUGH YOUR STUDENTS SPECIFIC NEEDS.

I can't afford Youth Summit. What do I do?

WE DO EVERYTHING WITHIN OUR POWER TO MAKE SUMMIT AFFORDABLE TO OUR STUDENTS. YOU CAN SET UP PAYMENT PLANS, BUT ALSO WE WANT YOUR STUDENTS TO OWN THEIR EXPERIENCE AS WELL.

HERE ARE SOME GREAT WAYS FOR THEM TO EARN MONEY FOR SUMMIT:

  • DOG WALKING

Where do students stay?

STUDENTS WILL STAY ON-SITE IN THEIR VERY OWN BUNKROOM-STYLE CABINS. CABINS WILL BE HIGH SCHOOL/MIDDLE SCHOOL SPECIFIC AND GUY/GIRL SPECIFIC. STUDENTS WILL HAVE AT LEAST ONE ADULT-CERTIFIED LEADER IN EACH CABIN.

My student has food allergies. Can you accomodate them?

YES. THE MENU CHANGES DAILY, BUT WE WILL HAVE MENU OPTIONS FOR THOSE WITH ALLERGIES. PLEASE STATE YOUR STUDENTS ALLERGIES ON THE WAIVER.

What are small groups?

SMALL GROUPS ARE GROUPS OF 8-12 GUYS/GIRLS, MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL. SMALL GROUPS ARE A GREAT WAY FOR STUDENTS TO BECOME MORE INVOLVED IN THE LIFE OF THE CHURCH! THEY WILL BUILD AUTHENTIC FRIENDSHIPS, HAVE A LEADER THEY CAN TRUST, AND WILL DEVELOP A DEEPER RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD BY EXPOUNDING ON THE CONTENT THEY LEARNED IN THE SERVICE AND TALKING THROUGH WHAT GOD IS DOING IN THEIR HEART THROUGHOUT SUMMIT.

Can registrations be cancelled?

ALL DEPOSITS ($50) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IN THE EVENT OF A PARTICIPANTS CANCELLATION, A FULL REFUND (EXCEPT DEPOSIT) MAY BE REQUESTED UP TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMIT. NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER 14 DAYS PRIOR.

Are there any day passes available?

WITH THIS BEING AN OVERNIGHT EXPERIENCE, WE ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO STAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE CAMP. IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCE, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@VIBRANTCHURCH.COM.
